These terms apply to purchases made from Spree at spreelb.com and in the Spree mobile apps. They are written to be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Spree is an online marketplace operating in Lebanon. Some items are sold by Spree directly and some by independent vendors trading on the platform. The seller of each item is shown on the product page.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Cash on delivery is currently the only accepted payment method. Payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Your rights to return, refund and cancel are set out in our Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
You may not use Spree to post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content. Reviews and messages must be your own genuine experience. We operate in-app reporting and blocking tools, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this clause.
Independent vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling their orders. Spree is not the seller of vendor items but will assist in resolving disputes.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
