This policy explains when an order can be cancelled.
You may cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible — orders are often dispatched the same day.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. After that point the order must be handled as a return under our Return Policy, which means the 7-day window, buyer-paid return postage and, for opened items, the 15% restocking fee all apply.
Refusing to accept a delivered parcel is not a cancellation. It is treated as a change-of-mind return, and the return carriage cost is deducted from any refund due.
We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we cancel, you pay nothing and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
