This policy explains when an item can be sent back to us.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Items must be returned complete, with all accessories, manuals and packaging. Items that have been opened or used are accepted only where the item is faulty, damaged or not what was ordered.
Return postage is paid by the buyer in all cases, including change of mind. We recommend a tracked service — until the item reaches us it remains your responsibility.
A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund for any item returned opened. Items returned sealed and unused are not charged a restocking fee.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, skincare or personal-care items once opened, perishable groceries, or made-to-order items — unless the item is faulty.
Email support@spreelb.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, with photographs if the item arrived damaged. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back.
