Refund Policy

This policy explains how and when money is returned to you.

When we refund

We refund once a returned item has reached us and been inspected, or once we have confirmed that an order was cancelled before dispatch. Returns must meet our Return Policy.

How long it takes

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and approving the returned item.

How you are refunded

Because orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. We will ask you for those details when the refund is approved.

What is deducted

• Return postage is not refunded — it is paid by the buyer.
• A 15% restocking fee is deducted for items returned opened.
• Original delivery charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or not what was ordered.

Faulty or incorrect items

If the item was faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, you receive a full refund including original delivery, with no restocking fee. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
